Foods that will KEEP YOU FULL ALL DAY to stay on the 3-30 plan. Three meals a day, 30 grams of carbs per meal. YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT AND BE FULL ALL DAY!

KEEP ALL YOUR MEALS TO PROTEIN, VEGETABLES AND BERRIES ONLY FOR FRUIT.

Breakfast:

Eggs, salsa, low fat cream cheese, Melba toast, kashi cereal, power crunch bar, coffee with nectresse or splenda, or equal, sugar free creamer, tea, low fat cheese, plain Greek yogurt with mixed fresh berries.

NO OATMEAL, NO FRUIT JUICE, NO BREADS, NO BAGELS, NO MUFFINS, NO CEREAL, NO BANANAS, ALL OF THESE THINGS WILL CREATE HUNGER AND CRAVINGS.


Snack:

Small amount of nuts, sugar free jello with cool whip and cinnamon, beef or turkey jerky, cauliflower, eggplant, broccoli, brussels sprouts, celery and sea weed wafers.

Lunch:

Lean meats, beef, pork, chicken, turkey, fish, tofu, chick peas with vegetable, salad, tuna salad, chicken salad, melba toast with low fat peanut butter and sugar free jams.

Snack:

Small amount of nuts, sugar free jello with cool whip and cinnamon, bowl of berries with cool whip and cinnamon. cottage cheese.

Dinner:

Beef, poultry, salad, fish, tofu, chick peas, vegetables, tuna salad, chicken salad. pickles, plain Greek yogurt, low fat cheese.

NO PASTA, NO BREAD, NO POTATOES

IT’S NOT HARD TO SAY NO TO FOOD WHEN YOU ARE NOT HUNGRY!

Each pound of body fat, contains 3500 calories. Keep your calories to around 1000 calories a day, so you can lose about 1 or 2 pounds of fat a week.

Remember: Carbs and sugar create hunger by raising Ghrelin levels.
